**Job Overview**
K-Rite Construction is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Foreman to lead and manage a variety of civil projects. As the Foreman, you will be responsible for coordinating a team of workers, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and making sure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards. If you're a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge and passion for managing projects in the civil field, we want you on our team

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate civil activities on site to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
- Collaborate with clients to develop detailed plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day activities on sites, including excavation, grading, compaction, and erosion control, to ensure compliance with project specification, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity, minimize downtime, and achieve project milestones.
- Provide guidance, instruction, and support to ensure that work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to established procedures.
- Enforce all safety protocols, regulations, and best practices to maintain a safe work environment for all personal on-site, conducting regular safety meetings/inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Monitor work progress and quality standards, conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure that workmanship meets or exceeds the project requirements.
- Train team members in best practices for civil construction techniques and safety protocols.
- Prepare reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions for management.

**Qualifications**
- Experience managing Civil projects.
- High attention to detail is required.
- Understand and maintain quality and production standards and work to achieve established production goals.
- Hands on leader with the experience and ability to run a range of equipment in the field.
