Language Advantage Inc. has been providing language training to professionals in French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Mandarin in the Greater Toronto Area, Montreal and Vancouver for 21 years. At Language Advantage Inc. our teachers come from a variety of backgrounds. We are currently looking for English as a Second Language instructors to join our team, for potential contracts in Vancouver, in Montreal and in Toronto. Classes will initially be held virtually, with the possibility of being in person, depending on the health situation.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality instruction in English as a foreign language or Business English to profesionnals in an online environment.
- Prepare lesson plans, progress reports and, as required, course materials.
- Provide a comfortable learning environment, direct and guide students in their learning
- Communicate with the director and coordinator throughout the course, informing them of changes or problems

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum two years of experience teaching English as a foreign language to adults
- Bachelor's degree in English/education/languages or other, certification in teaching English
- Experience in teaching business English an asset
