**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Skillfully carve and prepare various types of meats to meet customer specifications.
- Assist customers with their selections, and providing recommendations of products when appropriate.
- Filling meat and seafood counters and showcases.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
- Use of hand wrapper, and scale.
- Pricing meats and seafood.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while handling sharp tools and equipment.
- Perform inventory checks and assist in stock management as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in meat preparation or grocery service is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices within the food industry.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Willingness to help team members and contribute positively to the work environment.
