**Assistant Store Manager - Warehouse & Logistics, physical product movement.**

**General responsibilities**

All applicants must have the ability to excel in customer service and be willing to engage with customers to improve their shopping experience.

Must be team oriented, motivated, have great communication skills, forward thinking, and the ability to effectively solve problems.

Be on the frontline when required, including serving customers & resolving conflict situations.

Implement and assist with marketing strategies and promotions.

Manage and participate in staff training programs.

Evaluate and assist in improving operations.

Contribute to improving beginning and end of the day staff meetings: set team goals & personal tasks, share, and evaluate results.

**Specific responsibilities**

Managing products receiving operations, including products pick-up, off-loading, quality and quantity control, in-store distribution, shelf re-stocking.

Manage inventory counts, including liquor, tobacco, etc.

Managing Internal Loss Prevention Program, including damages and other losses.

Manage cardboard boxes / flats recycling.

Manage general warehouse organization and cleanliness.

Wage range $20-25/hr based on experience.

Full time with standard 8-10 hour shifts.

All applicants must be 19 years of age.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
