**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk to join our team. This full-time role and is ideal for someone with strong accounting skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a busy dealership environment working for **Strickland's Auto Group**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Invoice Management: Process incoming supplier invoices and generate customer invoices accurately and on time.

Account Reconciliation: Reconcile AP/AR transactions regularly to ensure accurate financial records and resolve discrepancies.

Customer and Vendor Relations: Maintain positive relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving billing issues, and ensuring timely collections and payments.

Reporting and Compliance: Prepare financial reports (e.g., aging summaries), support month-end close, and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.

Solid understanding of accounts payable and receivable procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

High attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
