**About the Role**

We are currently looking for a Stock Associate for our Camper store in Montreal; an individual who is passionate, proactive, and aligned with our brand values: REAL, IMAGINATIVE, PLAYFUL and CARING.

As a Camper Stock Associate, your mission will be to focus on stock and inventory activities to attain the objectives in terms of sales, service and business growth.

We’re counting on you to carry out all stock operations in a timely, precise and well-organized way as well as to ensure the correct organization of the stock area to increase the store’s efficiency and maximization of sales.

Your main tasks will be:

- Operational & Procedures: In the omnichannel era, operations are a key and have a great impact on the connection chain with the customer. You will carry out store operations according to the Company’s Policies & Procedures. Organization leads to efficiency.
- Brand image: Each store embodies the Company’s culture, values and principles. You will be responsible for Camper brand image towards our customers, with the aim of ensuring a premium image aligned with the Company’s identity and ESG principals, with a special focus on product shoe box maintenance.
- Customer Experience: Support the sales team on Customer Service activities when required to ensure that the level of customer satisfaction is met. Our customers matter

**About You**

You are our perfect match if:

- You are interested in Retail, in all of its shades (in-store and omnichannel).
- Previous experience in Stock Associate positions will be highly considered.
- You are flexible and available to work part-time (20 hours per week).
- You have a strong team spirit, great energy and collaborative approach.
- You have good organizational skills.
- You are omnichannel oriented and you are good at using technological tools.
- You can speak good French and/or English or any additional language will be a plus.
- You have the legal right to work in Canada without requiring visa sponsorship.
