**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and handle any guest concerns or complaints professionally.
- Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
- Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu items meet quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a memorable dining experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Relevant certifications or training in food safety and management (preferred).

Pay: $95,446.00-$102,290.00 per year
