Qualicare provides comprehensive one-on-one in home care to seniors in Vaughan, Toronto and North York.

We have a new client in Brampton Main St. and Queen St. This is 24 hrs. care.

Each shift is 12 hrs. 8 am until 8 pm and 8 pm until 8 am.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities**:
**Support client with activities of daily living, not limited to**:

- Assistance with personal care and hygiene
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Medication Reminders
- Ambulation of client
- Companionship to client
- Ability to follow care-plan
- Documentation/Charting

**Requirements**:

- Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent (eg. foreign trained nurse, nursing student after one year of completing the school).
- Current CPR/First Aid training
- Current Police Record Check or Vulnerable Sector Screen or be willing to obtain one.
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Access to internet/mobile phone
