General Manager Queen St Warehouse

The Queen St GM is responsible for supporting the day-to day operations of the store. The role is to ensure both staff and guests
are the top priority and leave each day feeling appreciated and part of the
team.
**Main duties**:
- Order from all vendors, inventory, glassware, bar supplies and bar cost
of goods
- Addressing any issue with bar inventory to FOH staff
- Promoting monthly drink feature, tracking sales, and rewarding winner
- Ensures all FOH staff pass periodic drink and food menu tasting
- Leads all promotions inside the venue and on social media platforms
- Assists the Regional Team in reaching all forecasted targets and goals
- Leads weekly manager meetings
- Performance management of all staff and follows up on PIPs
- Makeshift scheduling of FOH staff
- Leading and motivating a team of high-energy, driven staff
