Talent & Development Supervisor

**General Information**:
- Country/Region- Canada- Province/City- Vancouver, B.C.- Location- Rosewood Hotel Georgia- Department- Talent and Culture- Job Type- Full-time Permanent- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and other learning initiatives.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
- Focus on monitoring the implementation of operating procedures and standards to ensure consistency in operations.
- Prepares training schedules/plans and training report.
- Monitors training for new associates, keeps records and reports to the T&C Manager weekly.
- Maintains and updates all training records.
- Responsible for employee on boarding and off boarding procedures.
- Responsible for benefits, payroll administration and reconciliation.
- Maintain filing systems.
- Perform basic administrative duties.
- Perform all other duties as required.
