As a Manager, IT Technical Operations leader, you will be responsible for leading the vision and executing on it in all aspects of IT such as network, infrastructure, end user support, tooling and the equipment that keeps our business running and productive.

Who you are
- **Creator of cool stuff **with experience supporting Mac, Windows, and Linux laptops or servers and virtualization technologies like VMWare
- **Brilliant Collaborator **with 4+ years of IT leadership experience
- Someone who takes **action and ownership **with a proven ability to architect and plan future infrastructure needs
- **Respectfully candid **with the ability tocommunicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and written and outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- **A bold risk-taker and self-starter **who has good knowledge of network infrastructure including TCP/IP, routing, managed switches, firewalls, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and SMTP
- **Resourceful and scrappy **with the ability to source servers, laptops, monitors, and any equipment needed by the organization
- Other:

- Experience with databases such as Postgres, MariaDB, MySQL
- Experience supporting Office 365
- Experience with monitoring IT strategies including automation & self-service support
- Development experience to help with integrations and automation
- SharePoint development experience
- Self-help policy & process development and implementation
- Technical experience with both Mac & Windows OS
- Formal technical training or degree
- Project management experience
