**Company Description**

Located in downtown Toronto, our well-established practice is looking for a Cosmetic Clinic Administrator to join our team

**Responsibilities**
- Greet all clients with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Schedule patient consultations and appointments, create patient charts, manage patient EMRs, check patients in and out, billing, direct patient flow.
- Ensure patient medical intake forms and consent forms are completed accurately.
- Be knowledgeable about cosmetic procedures to be able to respond to patient enquiries.
- Demonstrate a dedication towards increasing the efficiency and productivity of the clinic.
- Participate in the clinic’s marketing, social media, and retail initiatives as required.
- Participate in on-going continuing education and training opportunities
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette required.
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and enjoys interacting with people.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Must be highly organized, adaptable, professional, and a team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
