**Warehouse **Associate** (Full Time) - Sudbury, ON**

**Primary Purpose**

The Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for inventory and asset management, and related equipment maintenance.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Cleaning and Maintaining Medical Equipment
- Support daily operations for distribution
- Shipping and receiving
- Administrative duties including but not limited to sorting and filing
- Comply with Linde safety policies and procedures
- Comply with Linde inventory management and related policies and procedures
- Role requires maintaining the warehouse clean, by sweeping, mopping spills, maintain of toiletry supplies in washroom etc.
- Cleaning shelves, maintain safety standards of walkways
- Breaking down boxes for recycling
- Asset Management
- Management of customer owned equipment
- Participate in bi-annually physical inventories

**Required Qualifications**

**Education**:

- High School diploma or equivalent

**Experience**:

- 1-year experience working in a customer service environment
- Inventory management experience is an asset
- 3 years valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is an asset

**Knowledge / Skills / Abilities**:

- Safety conscious and able to operate analytical and mechanical equipment
- Customer focused, patient, organized, and the ability to set priorities and follow through on tasks.
- Self-motivating
- Accurate and detail oriented
- A team player who can work within tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365: Must be able to efficiently use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Proficiency using smart phone technology
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- JDE experience is an asset
