We are seeking a skilled and motivated BAS Field Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Building Automation Systems (BAS) in various commercial settings. You will play a critical role in ensuring our systems operate efficiently and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and configure BAS hardware and software components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC controls, sensors, and field devices.
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to complete installations on time and within budget.
- Provide training and support to clients on BAS operations.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and report findings.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in HVAC, electrical, or related field preferred.
- Experience with building automation systems, HVAC controls, and energy management solutions.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
