**KWE IS CURRENTLY HIRING FOR AN INVENTORY CONTROLLER**

KWE is currently looking for an Inventory Controller who is focused on delivering a world class logistics experience to our valued customers. **DETAILS OF THE JOB**
- Day Shift
- Position requires the incumbent's performance to meet and occasionally exceed standards as set by the company for safety, quality, productivity and inventory accuracy.
- Assist the supervisor in: the coordination of cycle counts, research, aisle audits, adjustments, inventory reporting and insures efficient use of time and equipment, ensuring that appropriate records are maintained and that tight inventory control and security is maintained.
- Ensures that inventory records are current and accurate.
- Processes inventory system adjustments.
- Arranges cycle counts and physical inventories and verifies quantities.
- Acts as liaison between warehouse personnel, CSRs, and the customer.
- Resolves problems as they occur and ensures that accurate and complete information is conveyed to all concerned.
- Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of clerks engaged in the following duties: shipping, receiving, storing distributing and maintaining inventories of material, parts and products, processing purchasing transaction; coordinating production work; dispatching crews, scheduling transportation crews.
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization, establish work schedules and procedures, resolve work-related issues, prepare and submit progress and other reports and co-ordinate activities with other supply-chain work units or departments.
- Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two to three (2-3) years of customer service.
- Must have SAP experience and knowledge.
- Must have previous experience with Inventory management.
- Must able to operate Order Picker (Cherry Picker) and Reach.
- Able to perform Inventory Core task, System task, Build and generate the Inventory Reports.
