**Position**: District Visual Specialist
**Reports to**: Visual Merchandising Manager
**Location**: Ontario

**YOUR JOB**
You are responsible for the strategic merchandising of some JACK & JONES stores (Ontario territory). You support the Visual Merchandising Manager in each merchandising strategy and supports stores with the execution, conducting store visits and implementing tools to improve in-store visual merchandising to the field team.

**YOUR RESPONSABILITIES**
This position requires traveling to and working in multiple stores on rotation. You create a strong first impression in JACK & JONES Stores through Visual Merchandising with a high regard for brand standards and quality in a performance driven culture. Also, you main tasks will be to:

- Support stores in integrating monthly visual merchandising updates to drive sales and meet business objectives.
- rain store employees on the company's merchandising standards and provide constructive feedback on a regular basis.
- Ensure that all our in-store visual displays showcase our wide range of products and are consistent with company standards.
- Guarantee brand integrity is maintained in all merchandising strategies.
- Conduct monthly store visits to ensure visual merchandising strategies are successfully executed.
- Contribute to seasonal workshops and propose innovative ideas and merchandising strategies.
- Take part in store openings and annual development meetings.
- Work closely with the district manager.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- 3+ years of experience in retail management or in a similar role
- DEC in fashion design or fashion marketing, an asset
- Travel daily within the Quebec & Ontario and surrounding areas often with overnight stays (driver’s license is mandatory)
- Strong creative, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Facilitates sharing knowledge and enjoys giving training on a daily basis.
- Attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines
- Strong understanding of fashion and merchandising trends
- Ability to be proactive, self motivated, and self directed
- Proven ability to lead by example and develop strong mentoring relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. If you speak fluent French as well, it will be considered as an asset.
