Richmond Hill, Canada Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel Full time

We operate two (2) adjoining hotel properties, and a strip of commercial units on the same property at Highway 7 and Leslie Street in Richmond Hill. The propety is accessible via YRT /VIVA transit, and Highways 7, 404 and 407. We offer complimentary staff parking, discounted health club membership, and discounted food & beverage outlets.

We are currently seeking a full time Facility Attendant (Exterior) to join our team. The duties include, but are not limited to the following;
1. Pick up litter/debris in front of hotel, conference centre, 9005 Leslie Street, Parkway Health & Racquet Club, and parking areas.

3. Empty trash containers at entrance doors

4. Replace garbage bags and dispose to on site compactors or bins as appropriate

5. Perform additional duties as assigned from time to time by the CRI Project Manager

Physical demands: Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, Bending, Walking & Squatting, pushing/pulling cart

(Work gloves and raingear provided)

QUALIFICATIONS

*Must have a valid driver's licence and clean driver's abstract to drive company pick up truck around exterior of the properties

*Must provide own CSA approved safety boots

*Must have a neat and tidy appearance at all times

*Must have excellent communication skills

*Must have the ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially

*Must have the ability to work with mínimal supervision

*Previous experience an asset, but will train right person with right attitude
