Bluewater Environmental Solutions is an environmental/Industrial service provider offering turnkey solutions for bulk waste (liquid and solid) transportation and disposal, industrial cleaning (including confined space entry), and emergency response. We service clients across Canada and pride ourselves on delivering a high level of service to our customers.

A great opportunity exists for an experienced **CREW FOREMAN**to lead and support a team while driving operational excellence: ensuring and improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of assigned projects through leading by example and high standards of execution. The overall responsibility is to coordinate labour resources as a hands-on team leader, in the field on projects and assist in contract administration in specific activities include but are not limited to:

- Managing work undertaken by the Company in various locations, in a safe and effective manner
- Represent the Company in a responsible and professional manner while dealing with customers, sub-contractors, subordinates, supervisors, regulatory bodies and the public
- Lead and motivate a team of general labourers
- Provide job specific operational and procedural training to staff in the field
- Achieve and maintain project quality control standards
- Accurately complete and submit on schedule all paperwork required
- Maintain Health & Safety and Environmental Regulation compliance and best practices on work sites as a competent person
- Travel as required
- Strong process skills
- Excellent interpersonal, service skills and ability to develop effective working relationships
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of Bluewater Environmental Ltd.
- Strong commitment to excellence, accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritizations skills with the ability to adapt to change
- Posses an owner-operator mentality and function as a hands-on leader
- Ability to take action on well thought out, logical solutions to drive success
- Ability to work outdoors
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to lift 20 kg
- Environmental/industrial service experience (Marine, Manufacturing, Construction or other heavy industrial setting) with proven leadership and administrative skills considered an asset
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental Regulations and best practices consider and asset
- G class licence required

Due to the nature of the work and the industries served, work schedules can be irregular, varied, inconsistent and can include weekends, holidays, afterhours and may require availability on short notice.
- Range - $27 - $35 per hour, based on experience
- HSA (Health Spending Account after 90-day probationary period)
