We are looking to hire an experienced **Hedge Trimming Specialist.** The position will be full-time (seasonal). Opportunity for advancement within a growing company.

**Qualifications**

Valid G license and reliable transportation to main shop in North Gower.

You will need to be a confident and professional leader, as the specialist will be responsible for their job site and anyone (laborer) working alongside them.

All job specific training such as Working at Heights, WHIMIS, Health and Safety Awareness training and more will be provided by employer.

**Job Duties**

Complete all necessary health and safety training and orientation programs annually or otherwise outlined by Croft Tree Experts.

Operation and light maintenance of chainsaws, hedge trimmers, woodchippers, forestry trucks, trailers, ect.

Trimming and topping hedges and shrubs, pruning and removing small trees.

Must be capable to perform strenuous physical labor in all weather conditions.

**Compensation**

Extended health care and dental benefits after 3-month probationary period

Competitive salary with paid holidays

4% vacation pay out on each pay
