Reporting to the General Manager, the Retail Business Administrator is responsible for customer relations, retail sales support, accounts receivable, and administrative duties which include, but are not limited to:

- Cheerfully greeting customers as they enter and exit the store, answering the phone and directing callers to the appropriate member of staff, taking messages, and providing customer service
- Tracking walk-in customers and managing traffic counts
- Set up warranty and extended warranty service calls for customers and escalate any heightened cases to the General Manager or Assistant General Manager as needed
- Call all customers on the next day delivery routing to confirm their delivery
- Retail Sales Support
- On an as needed basis, create invoices & credits
- Submit customer invoices to the warehouse for pickups
- Verify delivery invoices 48 hours prior to deliver
- Receive and distribute incoming mail as needed
- Prepare and ship the weekly mailbag
- Complete supplies order
- Print POP & weekly price tags
- Submit routing to the delivery company

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Fast and accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work and think independently and establish priorities without constant direct supervision
- Expert process facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently
- Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures and to take accountability for decisions, actions, and results

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of 1-year customer service experience
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, skilled at multi-tasking, and able to work independently

Location: 34445 Marshall Road, Abbotsford, British Columbia V2S 5Z1

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
