Field Lead Foreman

**What you would do**:

- Provide customers with a remarkable experience
- Report project progress to superiors
- Supervise a team of construction workers to complete specific projects.
- Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors
- Ensure that a project is adequately staffed
- Assign tasks to construction workers
- Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget
- Overseeing training of new crew members.
- Ensuring quality work and safe practices.
- Answer all customers’ questions regarding existing installations
- Use our internal custom software daily
- Meet with our existing clients for pre-scheduled appointments to perform service

- Ability to work physically and lift up to 40 pounds, walk, climb a ladder, kneel or crawl
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Strong leadership skills
- Both construction/renovations are preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and integrity are crucial
- Strong listening and follow-up skills
- Individual must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Basic computer skills
- Like to consult and help people
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to organize a work schedule
- Ability to negotiate
- Knowledge of the construction industry and processes preferred
- Experience in carpentry, demolition and/or concrete work preferred
- Ability to read construction drawings and specs preferred
- Perform quality checks on construction equipment
- Ability to lead by example
- Positive and cheerful Attitude
- Ability to train new employees
- Planning and staying on timeline
