Position: Visual Manager

Report To: Director of Retail

Role:
As a Visual Manager you have experience in developing strategies to define, design and implement effective merchandising strategies. You thrive in creating eye catching displays and lead the customer through the entire store. Producing window displays, marketing elements, floors plan’s that highlight our amazing product and bring to life the essence of our brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze current and future merchandise to create a strong color and story message
- Create effective floor plans that highlight each unique store layout while protecting key categories to maximize sales
- Track trends and analyze the customer shopping experience
- Provide feedback & coaching on visual execution and Brand standards
- Understand how to develop the Lammle’s brand position and create an emotional connection with the customer through display and marketing elements
- Uses buy plans and provides product decisions for ads, photoshoots, content marketing, events, social collabs, and media
- Ensures cohesiveness using the marketing decisions to support monthly look books and instore product features
- Regularly communicates to marketing team about asset specs and qty to align store needs
- Orders and oversees fixtures and sign holder
- Key contact for store staff and campaign info
- Builds memo directives that outline campaigns and visual marketing set up in stores

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, visual, or related field
- 5 Years’ experience working in a managerial position
- A minimum of 3 years working in a retail apparel environment in which you spend a minimum 60% of your time in field with stores
- A minimum of 3 years background working in marketing, communications and/or design is preferred
