**Job Description**:
IBI Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to assist in the coordination and management of projects with an engineering and architecture focus. Working alongside the Project Manager to ensure delivery and functionality of the projects. An opportunity that will call upon your project management, communication and creative skills to assist on the overall success of a project.

**Most of the things you'll work on**:

- Assist Project Manager to manage design and construction teams in completing project completed on schedule
- Distribution and chasing for RFI responses, Vendor Document administration completion,
- Site Inspections submissions to Document Control, maintain updated log
- Gathering and submitting of Site reviews and monthly reports from Design team to Document Control
- Ensure documents are properly handled and stored
- Attend Bi‐Weekly Construction Meetings
- Assist in Record drawing process
- General quality check of all document produced by technical team review for general conformance to our standards

**Qualifications**:
**You'll need to have**:

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in with Engineering or Architecture
- 5 years of project coordination within a related field
- P.Eng designation considered an asset.
- Experience working within teams in a similar capacity; providing support to multiple projects
- Experience in maintaining project documentation, particularly project management tracking tools
- Experience with MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project, MS SharePoint (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to communicate effectively and follow up with staff at all levels of an organization
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
