**Duties**
- Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations efficiently with strong communication skills.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using Tracker.
- Answer phone calls promptly and handle inquiries regarding services, appointments, and insurance information.
- Maintain patient records accurately and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations.
- Optimizing schedule consistently for the dentist and hygienist
- Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries, follow up with pre-authorizations
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and provide support as needed.
- Billing Insurance and collecting balances, Account receivables/payables
- Hygiene/ Recall management/ Treatment Coordination

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist
- Proficiency in using phone systems and dental software
- Strong understanding of dental terminology
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate patient records.
- A friendly demeanor with the ability to work well within a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
