**Job Summary**:The Lot Associate is a key team member who helps our business run smoothly. They make sure that customers get their gardening supplies quickly and without any accidents. This job is mainly done outside and involves a lot of active, physical tasks. It's perfect for someone who likes working with others and can keep up in a busy setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Material Handling**: Safely and quickly load materials into clients' vehicles. Be strong and careful, making sure everything is secure.
- **Invoice Verification**: Check invoices and packing slips carefully to make sure everyone gets the right order. Pay attention to the details.
- **Customer Guidance**: Use clear communication to direct customers where to go for loading. Be friendly and helpful, making it easy for them to follow your directions.
- **Traffic Flow Management**: Keep an eye on the yard and help customers move smoothly through it. Work with your team to make sure no one has to wait too long.
- **General Labor**: Help make Aggregate Bags and do other yard tasks. Be ready to jump in and help with whatever needs to be done.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of what we have and what we need. Use your organization skills to make sure everything is where it should be.
- **Yard Maintenance**: Keep the yard and display areas clean and tidy. Show that you care about our workspace by making it look nice.
- **Work Well With Others**: (Added Task) Get along with your coworkers and help out when they need it. Being a good team player makes everyone's job easier.
- **Stay Positive**: (Added Task) Keep a good attitude, even when the work is hard or the weather is bad. A smile can make a big difference.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Ability to lift up to 45kg.
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate measurements and transactions.
- Highly focused on providing timely and efficient service to clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the role.
- Forklift certification (Class 4,5, and 7) is a significant asset, offering potential for increased starting salary and extended employment opportunities.

**Additional Information**:

- **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary (March to November)
- **COVID-19 Precautions**: Personal protective equipment provided, social distancing guidelines, and sanitizing procedures in place.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- **Salary**: $19.50 - $22.50 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- **Benefits**: On-site parking and store discounts.
- **Schedule**: 10-hour shifts, day shifts, including holidays, Monday to Friday, and weekend availability required.
