**Position Purpose**:
Under the close direction of senior personnel, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking and/or packing duties for customer orders according to company standards.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Use a pick list and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves and ensure the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
- Stack and arrange products and pack containers into crates, boxes, and cartons.
- Ensure that daily production goals are met on a regular basis.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Maintain communication with management and employees to avoid any misunderstanding.
- Be a positive member of the team.
- Notify management of any concerns that arise.
- Other duties as assigned

**Education/Experience**:

- HS Diploma/GED preferred but not required.
