**The Role**:
ShuffleSpace is seeking a dedicated and dynamic professional to join our team as a **Warehouse Associate**. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Associate will be responsible for supporting our warehouse operations to keep them running smoothly so that we can meet our clients’ needs efficiently and accurately.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, verify, and record incoming shipments.
- Track and trace outstanding shipments; document arrival times, origin, courier company, etc.
- Update inventory and place in assigned locations safely and accurately.
- Pick and prepare clients’ orders independently and with the assistance of others if required.
- Operate adequate warehouse merchandise management tools (e.g. - pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring all pallets and supplies are placed in proper locations and all garbage is disposed of at the end of each shift.
- Support the logistics team on pickups and/or deliveries when required.
- Perform other warehouse duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Hands-on experience with order picking, packing/wrapping, and putting away inventory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs/23kg on a regular basis.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; functional in written/spoken English.
- Flexibility to work other shifts when required.
- Forklift license an asset; training can be offered.
- Be able to report to the Etobicoke warehouse location.

- FT or PT flexible shifts catered to your needs, with options of: Mon-Fri 8:45am-5pm, Mon-Fri 8 am-4pm and Mon-Fri between 1pm-9pm, or the option for On-Demand (various hours).
