**Class 1 Truck Driver - Kamloops**

**Some Job Duties Include**:

- Load, distribute and dispense products sold and shipped by Castle Fuels in most safe and efficient way possible.
- Conduct a pre-trip inspection and complete all truck inspection reports including log books and fuel receipts.
- Complete all required documentation, forms, checklists, and reporting within the timelines established.
- Maintain all truck reference books and price books and ensures they are current and up-to-date.
- Follow safe loading and unloading procedures at all locations.
- Operate all equipment in a safe, clean and legal manner at all times.
- This role is physical in nature and includes pulling hoses and maneuvering in a variety of situations and weather conditions.

**Experience / Qualifications / Skills**
- Must have a valid Class 1 drivers license with air endorsement
- Must have a minimum of 3 years tandem/tri-drive experience with Class 1 (pulling pony or quad trailer)
- Must have mountain driving experience
- Drivers abstract with less than 6 points and in good standing with ICBC
- Commitment to quality of work and safety
- Good customer service skills
- Must be physically fit to perform day to day duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Class 1 Driving: 3 years (preferred)
- Fuel Hauling: 1 year (preferred)
- Mountain Driving: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 1 with Air (required)
- ICBC Clean Drivers Abstract (required)
