**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of trucking operations, including fleet management, driver scheduling, and route planning.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain and manage relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repair of the trucking fleet.
- Actively participate in the sales process, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of drivers and operations staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in trucking operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience
- Proven experience in trucking operations management, preferably with a background in maintenance and sales.
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Proficient in using transportation management systems and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
