As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team.

**Position Overview**:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the financial health of our organization. This is a critical leadership role that will partner with the CEO and other executives to drive the company's financial strategy and support our long-term goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support company objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure to optimize financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Provide analysis and insights on financial performance to support decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with operational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Proven ability to drive financial strategy and manage complex financial operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
