**Job Summary**

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the development, implementation and improvement of training programs and practices
- Present course material through the use of audiovisual aids, classroom lectures, on-the-job training and printed hand-outs
- Develop testing and assessment protocol to be used through training and orientation
- Test individuals to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training
- Prepare reports, as requested, formalizing assessments of individual position suitability report on progress
- Develop and administer all legislated corporate training requirements research changes to legislation that impact training material and update accordingly
- Create efficiencies and streamline process focused on user ease and prevention of process error
- Track and report on any savings/ cost avoidance generated

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar role
- In possession of an active AZ License with 3+ years of on-road driving experience
- Superior computer abilities, with the ability to adapt to new software and make recommendations on software implementation
- Ability to work with and manage confidential information and use independent judgment
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills

**Preferred**
- Previous experience in supply chainlogistics environment
- Experience working with TMS software
- Training Certification(s) and/ or Designations
