Our Finance team is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager, ideally with previous experience within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction space. This position will report to the Director, Finance, and will require 5-10+ years of relevant experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the month-end closing and year-end closing process, coordinating submission of inputs with all stakeholders, as needed.
- Performing M/Q/Y account reconciliations and provide variances analysis for key balance sheet accounts.
- Support overhead expense accounting, reporting and analysis activities.
- Assist with internal and external reporting and variance analyses.
- Prepare weekly, biweekly and monthly performance reports.
- Prepare documentation for external auditors.
- Support business capture, pricing, and other requests for financial information
- Assist with testing, implementation and training others during system integrations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 5 - 10+ years of experience in related field.
- Prior experience leading an accounting team is strongly preferred.
- Industry experience preferred (Engineering/Architecture/Construction).
- Prior experience supporting overhead expense audits is preferred.
- Proactive, multitasking and results-oriented.
- Requires strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of GAAP and FAR/CAS.
- Deltek Vision systems experience preferred.
- Workday Adaptive Planning systems experience preferred.
- Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.
