You will be responsible for various tasks, from food preparation to cash handling, ensuring that every customer has a delightful experience.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food truck, including cooking equipment and serving areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines during food preparation and service.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of food supplies and reporting shortages.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
