Applications are invited for the regular position of part-time International Finance Clerk in the International Student Services Division. The starting salary is $22.56 /hr for a 24 hour work week. Additional hours may be required at peak times during the year such as start or end of term. The position is located at the Welland Campus.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Assisting with incoming student payments and postings
- Assisting with incoming withdrawal cases, and outgoing student refunds and reporting
- Working in partnership with the Student Accounts staff to provide optimal customer service to students
- Assisting with agent commissions and accounts management, where needed
- Assisting with analysis, ordering, and reconciling of International Student Insurance - Collecting and managing data in preparation to process refunds or postings

**Qualifications**:

- Two (2) year diploma in a business or service related field or similar field of study
- Extensive working knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of Peoplesoft, Salesforce, and/or payment software is preferred
- Demonstrated communication, organizational, problem solving and prioritizing skills
- Proven abilities in working independently, exercising initiative and good judgement, sensitivity and confidentiality in dealing with college staff, students and industry partners
- Strong customer service and public relations/interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented
- Open to flexible work hours and environments
- Previous work experience in international education and logistics
- Cross-cultural skills and experience
