**A typical day as a Delivery Field Technician**
- Provide delivery service from our store to clients at their homes. Our deliveries include installing and adjusting the medical equipment and instructing the client, family, and caregivers on using the equipment properly. Equipment includes home care hospital beds, walkers, bath lifts, grab bars, etc.
- Check to make sure equipment is in proper repair & all the parts are received back when equipment is returned from rentals. Advise your manager of problems with returned rental equipment.
- Troubleshoot repair issues for customers. Some minor repairs on walkers or wheelchairs are required in the field.
- Assist in shipping and receiving of products and notifying customer service and salespeople when goods have arrived.
- Assist Service Technicians and Warehouse Technicians with parts and other medical equipment stock that we rent and sell.

- Must have the experience of using hand and power tools
- Criminal record check
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and should have a clean driver's abstract
- All applicants are required to be in compliance with all orders and directions related to public health and workplace safety in their intended province of employment. Given the nature of this role, NSM requires applicants to, among other things, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide satisfactory proof of vaccination.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada
- Must be able to lift 75lbs.
