**Job Overview**

As a **Content Producer**, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing content across multiple channels to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience in the construction and remodeling industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**: Develop high-quality, SEO-optimized blog articles, social media content, and marketing materials.
- **Social Media Management**: Create, schedule, and publish posts across platforms; monitor engagement and respond to questions/comments.
- **Video Content Production**: Develop scripts, create storyboards, and be willing to be on-camera for social video content.
- **Content Strategy & Calendar Management**: Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
- **Community Engagement**: Build and nurture relationships within the builder and remodeler community through online interactions.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track and report on content performance using analytics tools; adjust strategies as needed.
- **Utilization of AI & Digital Tools**: Leverage AI and social media content tools to enhance efficiency.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 3+ years of proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing with a demonstrated track record of increasing audience engagement, driving brand awareness, and generating measurable leads or conversions through compelling content strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong grasp of SEO and social media best practices.
- Comfort and confidence being on-camera for video content.
- Experience using social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Familiarity with AI-powered content tools to help generate ideas and content.
- Strong research skills and ability to create content tailored to the construction/remodeling industry.
- Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

**Bonus Points**
- Experience working in or creating content for the construction industry.
- Experience working in a start-up environment.
- Experience working with Hubspot.
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or iMovie).
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising strategies.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
