Content Creator

We are looking for a creative, energetic, passionate and self-motivated Content Creator to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about storytelling through video, have a flair for creating both social media content and commercials/ads, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, we want to hear from you We're looking to expand our team of talented content creators and videographers for the 2025 season.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Videography & Editing**: Capture and edit high-quality video content for a variety of purposes, including social media, advertisements, product launches, and more. Proficiently handle all stages of video production from pre-production to post-production.
- **Social Media Content Creation**: Develop creative and engaging video content tailored to various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.), ensuring content is aligned with audience interests and platform best practices.
- **Commercial/Ad Production**: Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to produce compelling commercials and advertisements that drive brand awareness and sales.
- **Creative Strategy & Execution**: Work alongside the marketing team to conceptualize and execute content strategies that enhance brand presence and engagement. Suggest new formats and ideas based on current trends and audience insights.
- **Project Management**: Self-manage multiple content creation projects from ideation to final delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, including designers, marketers, and product teams, to ensure that all content aligns with brand objectives and messaging.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in content creation, including videography, editing, and social media content creation. Experience in commercial production or advertising is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), as well as knowledge of shooting techniques, lighting, and sound design.
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to brainstorm fresh, innovative ideas that capture attention and create impact across digital channels.
- **Self-Motivated & Energetic**: Highly motivated to produce quality content, with the drive to meet deadlines and maintain a consistent output of work.
- **Strategic Mindset**: Ability to think strategically about content, ensuring it aligns with both long-term and short-term marketing goals.
- **Social Media Savvy**: In-depth knowledge of social media trends, platform requirements, and best practices, with the ability to adapt content for each channel.
- **Strong Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio demonstrating your videography and editing skills, along with a variety of content types (social media, commercials, ads, etc.).
