Are you ready to join a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to helping children reach their highest potential? Oxford Learning is currently looking for an Administration Assistant / Accounts Payable clerk to join our amazing Home Office team.
**What will you do?**
This entry level role will report to the Director of Administration. Not only will you perform accounts payable tasks within Quickbooks Online, as part of the Administrative team, you will work with our franchisee network to collect information, prepare legal documents, process franchisee orders, and other general office duties including answering phones.
As part of the Home Office team, you will be involved in a variety of projects. This unique position liaisons with all departments and with our franchisees.
**What will you need to succeed?**:
- Post-secondary education in administration or accounting
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an office environment
- Excellent computer skills and strong working knowledge in Quickbooks Online, Word, Excel, and Gmail
- Analytic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and ability to organize your work to meet deadlines
- Exceptional customer service skills and instincts
- Professional and trustworthy with confidential information
Location: In office at 747 Hyde Park Road, London, ON N6H 3S3
**Salary**: $40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
