We are looking for a **Governance, Risk & Compliance and Business Continuity Program Analyst**for a **20-month contract position, with possible extensions** in **Regina, Saskatchewan.** **Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.**

**Position is available as on-site, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. This is NOT a remote role.**

**Role Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Complete Security Compliance Reviews and acting on concerns identified
- Preparing and maintaining security processes and procedures
- Investigating industry standards. Recommending improvements to security policies, processes and procedures.
- Conducting Threat and Risk Assessments
- Support Internal and External Audits
- Document, define and manage risks and risk exceptions
- Demonstrated Experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance
- Change management compliance monitoring and reporting
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Support the development of Cyber Security awareness, training and incentives to achieve program goals.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in creating, maintaining, and updating governance frameworks
- Background in Information Technology and/or Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and SCADA environments
- Strong track record in conducting third-party security risk assessments
- Ability to perform comprehensive security compliance reviews and address identified concerns
- Experience in developing and maintaining security processes, procedures, and documentation
- Familiarity with industry standards and ability to recommend improvements to security policies and practices
- Skilled in conducting threat and risk assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities
- Experience supporting internal and external audits, including evidence collection and reporting
- Proficiency in documenting, defining, and managing risks and risk exceptions
- Demonstrate expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks and tools
- Experience monitoring and reporting on change management compliance
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience supporting cybersecurity awareness, training, and incentive programs
- Must have at least (3) Three years Demonstrated experience in Cybersecurity Security Governance, Risk and Compliance.
- Must have at least (3) Three years Experience with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning
- Must have at least (3) Three years Experience developing Security polices, standards and guidelines
- Must have at least (3) Three years Experience with Audit and Regulatory monitoring and compliance
- Must have demonstrated experience developing and managing Cyber Security awareness and training program.
- Experience creating, maintaining and updating a governance framework
- Experience working with Information Technology or ICS/ SCADA
- Conducting Third Party Security Risk Assessments
- Relevant job experience in North America
