At **BDS Fleet Service,** we are a turnkey fleet solution for fleets of all sizes.

Our customers vary from small to large organizations, including municipal and federal entities as well as privately owned companies. We are a growth oriented and safety-focused company, we are looking for energetic and driven employees to join our company.

We are currently seeking an HR Coordinator to oversee recruitment, screening and interviewing to fill existing job openings. The role will also includes health and safety and employee development.

**Summary**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to write job postings/ job descriptions for current openings.
- Post job openings to career boards, newspapers and other media outlets as well as internally. Provide information on company operations and career
- Screen and schedule qualified applicants to appropriate department management for follow-up interview.
- Extend offers and manage subsequent offer, or contract generation.
- Assist on any issues and concerns are escalated to management to be addressed efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary degree in human resources, business degree or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years related experience in a similar role
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
