- ** Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate **Travel Layover Caregiver** to provide overnight support for minors and seniors during flight layovers. This role involves meeting passengers at the airport, accompanying them to a nearby hotel, and ensuring their safety and comfort until they return for their connecting flight.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet the assigned passenger at the airport upon arrival.
- Accompany the passenger via shuttle, Uber, taxi, or similar transportation to a local hotel.
- Stay overnight in a hotel room located next to or across from the passenger’s room.
- Remain available throughout the stay to provide assistance if needed.
- Ensure the passenger returns to the airport on time for their rescheduled flight the following morning. ** Compensation & Benefits**:

- Parking fees reimbursed dollar-for-dollar.
- Transportation costs (shuttle, taxi, Uber, etc.) fully covered.
- Hotel room provided and paid for (typically required for each assignment).

**Qualifications**:

- ** Requirements**:

- Completion of formal, accredited caregiver training program and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of the principles of caregiving as well as well as customer service.
- Able to communicate in spoken and written English; French proficiency will be deemed an asset
- Provide high-quality care services to clients with current knowledge of practices for community care
- Physically assist clients with movement and/or repositioning; able to lift 23 kgs., squat, bend, stand and reach
- Reliable mode of transportation; driver's license and automobile considered as an asset
- Able to produce a clear Criminal background check with Vulnerable Sector Check
