**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care and support with ADL’s
- Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
- Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Service the Mississauga, ON area
- Looking for a variety availability (days, evenings and overnights) however must be available at least 15 hours per week and 2 weekend days per month

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of caregiving experience in Canada
- Must be fluent in English (Written and verbal)
- Valid Ontario driver’s license
- Access to a reliable automobile
- Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
- At least 2 Covid-19 vaccines (proof required)
- Must be able to legally work in Ontario Canada
- Positions available in the city of Mississauga
