**Job Summary**

The summer student would be assigned to the Health Information team and would be under the direct supervision of the Clerical Coordinator. The summer students will be scanning sand archiving historical documents from the COVID Assessment Centre to an electronic storage database.

**Qualifications**
- Must be attending full-time Secondary or Post Secondary Education and returning to school in the next school year

- Scan documents, convert to searchable.pdf
- Confirm image quality
- Release to storage by document date.
- Quality Assurance of scanned documents to ensure correctness.
