**Job Overview**
As a Hotel Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain and improve the functionality of our hotel. Your role will involve regular maintenance, repairs, and addressing issues promptly to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment.
- Repair and replace fixtures, furniture, and appliances as needed.
- Perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks to ensure proper operation.
- Assist with landscaping and outdoor maintenance to enhance the hotel’s appearance.
- Maintain an inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a maintenance worker, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
