**_Sales Representative _**willing to expand and grow with us as a company.

- Weekly sales meetings with sales managers to learn, grow and share successes.

- Manage and grow existing accounts and use your outside sales manager experience to prospect and develop new business.
- Cold call.
- Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs.
- Expanding customer base.
- Building and maintaining trust with customers.
- Maintaining exceptional levels of communication between customers and the support team within the organization.
- Provide feedback to the company on customer needs, the competition & other valuable information.
- Must have the ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Prospecting / qualifying new clients.
- Targeting commercial, industrial, medical and multi-residential contracts.
**Requirements**:
- Previous sales experience required.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Proficient in using CRM software for lead tracking and pipeline management.
