- **Sell, Support, Succeed**: Lead the charge in selling Hörmann products through our trusted dealer network while also bringing in new business opportunities.
- **Drive Strategy**: Work hand-in-hand with the Director of Sales to create and implement targeted sales plans that align with national goals and market opportunities.
- **Build Relationships**: Develop and nurture strong relationships with dealers, end-users, architects, and design-build contractors, delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- **Own Your Results**: Self-manage your sales pipeline, set ambitious targets, and consistently hit (or surpass) goals. Your success is in your hands
- **Stay Ahead of the Game**: Keep an eye on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to adjust strategies, pricing, and product offerings to stay ahead of the curve.
- **Collaborate & Innovate**: Team up with marketing, engineering, and support teams to bring the best solutions to market and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.
- **Represent the Best**: As a representative of Hörmann, you’ll embody our values, promote our brand, and be a key player in driving our company’s growth
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- **Experience That Counts**: 2+ years in sales (bonus if you’ve worked in building products or the door industry)
- **Communication Pro**: You know how to influence, negotiate, and build relationships at all levels, both inside and outside the company.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze sales data and generate reports that drive results.
- **Sales Power**: You’ve got a proven track record of driving the sales process from start to finish and delivering on ambitious goals.
- **Ready to Travel**: You’re comfortable with up to 75% travel — every day brings something new, and you thrive on the go
- **A Passion for Learning**: Whether it's industry news or new product launches, you stay ahead of trends and seek out continuous education to sharpen your skills.
**Compensation & Benefits**:
In addition to a competitive salary, the **Territory Sales Manager** role is **eligible for a performance-based bonus** tied to **sales volumes**.
