We are seeking a passionate Play Therapist to join our team as an independent contractor and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Registered Social Worker to join our dynamic team as an Independent Contractor. As a social worker with Pace, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality mental health services to children and families within our community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group counselling to children, adolescents, and families.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Stay informed about current social work trends, research, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a mental health setting.
- Strong assessment, counselling, and crisis intervention skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**Requirements**:

- Provide proof of liability insurance.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant licensing and certification requirements.
- Ability to create and maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.02-$78.53 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
