**Excavator Operator - Full-Time**

**Location**: Brandon, Manitoba
**Wage Range**: $25.00 - $35.00/hour, based on experience

**Quarry Hills Excavation & Gravel Ltd.** is one of Westman’s leading commercial excavation and gravel contractors, specializing in sewer & water, earthworks, and aggregate solutions. We are seeking experienced **Excavator Operators** who are committed to safety, quality work, and reliable performance.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced and confident in operating an **Excavator**for residential, commercial, and road building projects
- Familiar with setting up laser, reading grade stakes, site plans and grading plans
- Experienced with ditching and grading
- Complete daily inspections and perform basic cleaning, maintenance & greasing of equipment
- Assist with loading/unloading equipment and materials as needed
- Maintain communication with site supervisors and other crew members

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of heavy equipment operation experience
- Physically capable of working in all weather conditions and handling heavy lifting
- Strong hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and mechanical aptitude
