**Job Overview**:BLT Installations specializes in the installation of IMPs for commercial and industrial buildings. We are seeking a skilled Insulated Metal Panel Installed to join our team. Please note that medical benefits are not available for this role.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 months of experience in IMP installation
- Certifications in Aerial Boom Lift, Telehandler Forklift, Straight Mast Forklift, Respirator Fit-Testing (half-mask), Aerial Work Platform, Occupational First Aid Level 1.
- Must possess a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Full personal protective equipment including hardhat, steel toe boots, high visibility vest, gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cutting and installing IMPs.
- Sheet metal work, including hand-cutting sheet metal.
- Finish flashing and insulating.
- Transporting fragile and heavy materials manually and with forklifts.
- Cleaning and prepping work areas.
- Precision finish work using various tools such as drills, impact drivers, circular metal cutting saws, hammer drills, and basic sheet metal hand tools.

**Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities**:

- Physically demanding with repetitive tasks.
- Handling heavy loads.
- Work settings vary across the Lower Mainland.
- Working outside in all weather conditions.
- Occasionally working indoors in below zero conditions.
- Working in tight spaces, including above ceilings and small areas, while adhering to safe work practices.
- Work may include working inside meat processing plants.

**Education**:

- No degree or diploma required.

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
