Reporting to the Director of Research and User Experience, you will serve as an expert in user interface (UI) design to enrich the user experience of our residential and business clients on web and mobile platforms.

You will also maintain and evolve our client's design system to maximize efficiency and impact to create the best user experiences for our client's products.

- Collaborate with our partners to understand their business objectives and needs;
- Participate in the design and optimization of interfaces through high-fidelity prototypes, taking into account ergonomic and technical impacts;
- Ensure brand compliance and visual consistency across all digital interfaces;
- Establish and implement digital design best practices, including documentation of the design system;
- Facilitate the adoption of the system design by employees;
- Ensure alignment of new projects or completed optimizations;
- Act and embody digital design leadership and drive the UI practice;
- Support designers in UI design tasks;
- Collaborate closely with product owners (POs), UX designers, UX writing, research, and front-end developers in all stages of design;
- Continuously improve collaboration processes between UX, UI designers and front-end developers;
- Interact with various stakeholders from complementary areas of expertise;
- Provide support in the development of the user experience with external vendors;
- Contribute to the resolution of complex problems, which require analysis and detailed knowledge of the business domain;
- Provide recommendations to management, taking into consideration the designed experience, the business reality and the technological constraints of the project;
- Monitor, define and advance methods, guides, norms and standards in the area of user-centred analysis and design.

- Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or another appropriate discipline;
- Minimum six (6) years of experience;
- Good experience in system design;
- Experience in:

- visual UI research, analysis and creation;
- design and optimization of high-fidelity visual prototypes and mock-ups;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Great ability to adapt;
- Communication with teams in French and English. Level expected:

- French: 4/4
- English: 4/4
